Burn off that Halloween Candy: Boo-tay Fitness Challenge!!!

Hopefully you took my advice on how to avoid the candy temptations this Halloween!  If in reality you’ve indulged a little in the Halloween treats that is perfectly okay, life is too short to never enjoy a sweet treat now and then (how many coaches tell you that?!  You love me, admit it).  But, and this is a big butt but, if you’ve let yourself lose control and are over-treating yourself I’m about to rock your f**ing world.

Want to keep your pant size stable this Halloween?  Commit to this Halloween Boo-tay Challenge!

Fitness challenge

Bite Sized Boo-tay

For every bite sized candy you eat, burn it off with:

30 squats

20 second plank

10 push ups

Full glass of water

 

Full Sized Boo-tay

For every regular sized candy bar, cookie, muffin, pumpkin spice latte (oh yes I just went there), burn it off with:

50 squats

40 sit ups (new moms do two 20 second planks instead)

30 forward lunges 

20 second wall sit

10 minute run or fast walk

Full glass of water

You can do all of this anywhere, in any clothing, anytime.  No excuses.  Don’t want to do it?  Don’t eat the candy!
